 The steps to attract divine blessing

 If we want divine blessing... it is time for us to repent and get the blessings that is due for us. Don't let the devil steal your blessings. The devil will try his way to get us out of the picture before we can breakthrough in our prayers and in our Christian life... but if we have just a little faith in Jesus... He will make it big for us for He said... "If you can believe..." just believe and you will have the desire of your heart.

(1) Just believe everything and you will have everything!

Genesis 12:2 "I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing." (This was the promise of God to Abraham.) (NKJV)

it is in God agenda to make you a channel of blessing.

(2) Ask, Seek and Knock!

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

John 14:14 "You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it." (NIV)

The Word of God never lies. He is the faithful one. Even if we are stiff-necked people God is always extending His hands to us.

Seek God with all your heart with all your mind, with all your soul for to you will be given the promises of God to those who seek him.

· Cleanse your hands (Spiritual cleansing) 1 John 3:3 "Everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure." (NIV)

· Purify your heart (repent for being double-minded).

(3) Honor those in authority over you!

 Blessing doesn’t flow up, it flows down. It goes from Abraham to Isaac to Jacob. That is why the bible says the greater blesses the lesser. (Heb 7:7) That is why you are to honor those in authority over you if you want to enjoy divine blessing, anything less than that forget about enjoying true and lasting divine blessing. One of the best decisions you will ever make comes down to who you choose to honor.

Mike Murdock said, “One of the greatest life-changing revelations in my life came when I realized that when God wants to bless me, He often uses a person to give me instructions and grant me favor. Blessing comes through the chain of authority. There was only one person capable of promoting Joseph, and that was Pharaoh.”
Joseph didn’t rebel against Pharaoh. He acknowledged him as the leader of the country where he was imprisoned. As a result, God used the young man mightily.
Honor is more than just an attitude. It is more than just the way you posture yourself around others. It involves action. How do you act towards your National, Spiritual and family leaders?
